These terms cover this website and its buyer-account features. A separately agreed quotation or contract governs any paid sourcing or supply work.

The website is intended for business sourcing inquiries. Users must have authority to act for the business they represent. No description here removes any mandatory rights that apply by law, including consumer rights where applicable.
2. Inquiries are not orders
Product pages, indicative prices, renders and lead-time estimates are invitations to discuss requirements. Submitting a form or opening an account is not acceptance of an order, a guarantee of stock, or authorization to charge you. Confirm specifications, contracting parties, price, fees, payment milestones and trade terms in writing before committing.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details, protect your password and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent or infringing material, impersonate another person, disrupt the site or try to access another user’s information. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal requirements.
4. Product and service information
Specifications, certifications and suitability for a destination must be verified for the actual order. A rendering is not evidence of manufacture, stock or regulatory compliance. Service scope and responsibilities vary by project. Inspection is not automatically laboratory testing or certification.
5. Intellectual property and submissions
Website branding, content and third-party materials are protected by their respective rights. You retain rights in material you submit and must have permission to share it. You allow the use of that material only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your request and perform agreed services. Manufacturing, tooling rights or broader design licenses require a separate agreement.
6. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains processing of account and inquiry information. Account verification, password-reset and requested service messages are operational communications. They are not permission for unrelated marketing.
7. Availability, links and liability
We seek to maintain an accurate and usable website but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that preliminary information is complete for every order. External services operate under their own terms. Responsibility for paid work is addressed in the relevant contract and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury.
8. Complaints, law and updates
Contact us with the relevant page, account or order reference so we can investigate. Governing law, dispute resolution and jurisdiction for a commercial order should be specified in the written agreement; mandatory legal protections remain applicable. Updated website terms apply prospectively from publication and do not retrospectively change an agreed order.
