FAQ
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a sourcing agent and don't own factories. We find suppliers, compare prices and push for quality, always on the buyer's side.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The factory sets it. For most outdoor products it starts around 300–500 pieces. For smaller orders we can combine runs or find factories that accept small batches.
Can you make products under our own brand?
Yes. Logo, colours, packaging and manuals can all be customised. Mass production starts only after you approve the sample.
How do you control quality?
We audit the factory before you order, follow production, and run an AQL inspection before shipment. You get a report with photos and measurements.
How do I pay?
Usually T/T: 30% deposit, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. You pay the factory directly; our service fee is invoiced separately.
