Start with a usable product brief

Send product photos or drawings, dimensions, materials, order quantity, destination, intended use and target delivery date. Include your packaging, labeling and testing requirements. A target price is useful when it also states the currency and trade term, such as FOB at a named port.

Supplier comparison

Comparison should cover more than unit price. We can coordinate supplier questions about production capability, minimum order quantity, tooling, sample costs, packaging, payment terms and capacity. A factory visit, audit or document check is a separately agreed activity; a listing on this website is not a certification of a factory.

Samples and customization

For private-label work, confirm artwork, colors, logo placement, packaging and any tooling ownership before authorizing costs. An approved sample and written specification provide the reference for production. Material substitutions or specification changes should be approved in writing.

What a quotation should make clear

• Product specification, quantity, unit price, currency and quotation validity.
• Supplier identity, service provider and payment recipient.
• Service fee, sample or tooling charges, and which freight, duties or tests are excluded.
• Trade term and named place, payment milestones and estimated lead time.
• Inspection scope, acceptance criteria, and how defects or delays are handled.

Outdoor and leisure products

Use the product catalog to discuss items such as camping furniture, wagons, coolers or outdoor accessories. Catalog examples and renders are reference material. Final suitability and any safety or regulatory requirements must be assessed for the intended destination and use.
