Our story
A sourcing agent that grew up on the factory floor
Buying from China at a distance is rarely about finding a factory. It's about knowing whom to trust. Factories look alike online, quotes leave out the details that matter, and problems often surface only when the container arrives.
HEHI's founder spent years as an export merchandiser at outdoor and leisure factories in Zhejiang. Sampling, scheduling, inspection and loading were daily work, and so was knowing where things go wrong. We now put that experience on the buyer's side: comparing factories, following production and checking goods before they leave the factory.
That's why we don't own factories or speak for any single one. Your brief, your standards and your margin are what we protect.
Behind every container is a buyer's reputation. I want them to have someone in China who tells the truth and sees things through.

Our role in your supply chain
HEHI coordinates sourcing from China for importers, distributors and brands, with an emphasis on outdoor and leisure products. We act as a sourcing partner rather than presenting ourselves as the manufacturer of every product on this website. The supplier, contracting parties and payment recipient are identified in the written quotation or order documents.

How we work
Start by sharing your requirements and destination. We clarify what is included, how fees are calculated and which third-party costs need your approval. Sample approval, inspection criteria, delivery milestones and payment terms should be agreed in writing. An inquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order or a payment commitment.
Transparency before commitment
Products and 3D visualizations help explain sourcing options; final availability, materials, certifications, prices and lead times require supplier confirmation. We do not ask you to rely on unverified factory counts, testimonials or certification badges. Where stock port footage or rendered scenes appear on this site, they illustrate international trade and do not imply ownership of the ports, vessels or facilities shown.
